Join us once again for a pleasant afternoon Sunday June 15th, 2025 4:30- 7:30PM in the Boston Seaport at Tony C's Sports Bar (250 Northern Ave, Boston) to kick off the BIO Convention at the 5th Annual Pre-BIO Primer.

There is no cost to meet us at Tony C's as this is not an event where we rented out the facility it's just an open invite gathering. All expenses will be up to the participants free to choose their own food & beverages from a diverse menu (download below). Great spot for a nice summer breeze and inexpensive menu sports bar located on the Seaport waterfront.

Event details

We are not renting out Tony C's for an official event. This is not a busy day we had a lot of people last BIO Boston 2023 here lots of room. The reason for headcount via registration is for organization only. We now have 70+ confirmed.

You may bring others just have them register as well. Please just walk in to the bar area and find us or ask the hostess.

We may be outside seating area of weather is nice or inside closer to far end large screen TV.

What time will people arrive

Anytime after 2:30 PM if you want to hang out and watch the baseball game with some diehard sports fans. The majority of people will arrive after 4:30pm We expect to be there until 7:30pm EST. We hope to be outside deck tables in late afternoon if the weather permits...

Who is attending ?

As of 6/10 we have 70+ people confirmed and that is an average size annually.

We have a mix of business professionals from big pharma S&E /BD&L , law firm JDs & patent agents, business consultants, investment bankers, large consulting firms, CRO's, biotech CEO's, VCs & angel investors and event partner staff (RESI).

We welcome all Boston area local professionals. BIO & RESI and other international conference attendees to join us.

It's a pleasant spot on a Sunday afternoon especially if the weather is nice and the outdoor deck is open.

How Late is Tony C's Open

Tony C's is now open until midnight Sundays but they close the dinner menu orders at 11pm.

Most of us will be ready to head to the hotels by 7:30 pm however late arrivals can certainly stay for later dinner & drinks.
